This season, we're bringing an enhanced Media Day experience designed to provide teams with more professional content, more creativity, and more value all season long. 

We are offering up to four stations with all images provided for booster use. This year, we are excited to announce expanded print privileges, meaning that all images may be used by boosters for team related purposes such as printing, team gifts, prom boards, senior night displays, and keepsakes. Senior, team and sponsorship banners are the only exceptions.

Our stations will include:

•Coach/staff headshots
•PNG (cut-out) images - perfect for social media graphics and team promotions
•Sponsor images if applicable
•Expanded prop inventory

New this year!
A School Spotlight video station which features engaging prompts, professional lighting, and a backdrop designed to create stand-out content. Players or a booster representative will self-film using provided phone tripods. Media outlets such as The Daily Local News may also be onsite for exclusive player interviews.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We most often set up our stations indoors in an area with high ceilings and lots of open space such as gyms and aux gyms. Photographing indoors removes the weather factor, so we don't need to worry about rain, wind blown hair, sweaty faces, and heat or cold exhaustion. If preferred, however, outdoor set ups are available, but our schedule fills quickly, so it is advisable to reserve an indoor location at the time in case of inclement weather. Rescheduling may prove difficult.  

 On the day of the photo shoot, athletes/group members should arrive 'game day ready' in full uniform with gear (i.e. cleats (may need to be carried if photos are inside), pads, shinguards, instruments, etc.) and coaches/directors should coordinate shirts/outfits as desired as well.

Please also bring any sport/band appropriate gear or equipment (i.e. soccer balls, footballs, baseball bats, instruments, etc.). This may include any school specific or meaningful items like achievement awards/trophies, championship belts, flags, etc. We recommend seven (7) balls per sport and for players to bring their own bats/hockey or lacrosse sticks/instruments. 

Prior to the media day, we need an ACCURATE spreadsheet with player names, numbers if available, and parent emails so that we may set up private galleries for each athlete. Coaches also must be made aware of the time and duration of the photoshoot. We love booster presence and assistance on site. 

Boosters will be provided all of the final, edited, digital images created during media day. These may be used in your programs, on social media, and hype videos or slideshows. Please tag us/give photo credit (@KatherineAzar) as you are able.
